Well, y9u see... by Keitana Well, y9u see... by Keitana
Up next is Kankri! Going on a large tangent as usual.

Okay so I'm like super in love with this new colouring technique I discovered while screwing around in Photoshop. It makes everything look so nice! :'3

Also tried out new hair colouring techniques. Liking it a lot more than the hair I had for Porrim. Looks a lot more natural.

May do Latula too but don't hold me to it because she's my least favourite of the three XD

Well, enjoy~! n_n

This is really nice!
May I ask exactly how you did this coloring technique because it looks really awesome and I am finding it difficult to do shading in Photoshop.

Of course!
Well, you see here? [link] (This was an old Homestuck troll portrait attempt)
(... And ignoring the slightly worse anatomy and light source, of course).
Can you notice how it's "painted" a lot more rough? As in you can see the hard brush strokes? It's most apparent on her arm.

I was having that problem with my portraits; I wanted them to look smooth, but I never could.
The technique, I discovered, was to take the airbrush and color sampler and use them together. Sample the colors -right- between where the two hard ends meet, then run it over with the airbrush.

It works wonders. :3
